Pilot summary:
Welcome to the Vista Del Monte, a crappy apartment building in Chicago. The inhabitants of the complex are as odd as the superintendent, Ron, is dedicated. On this particular day, Ron visits all the tenants to remind them of the scheduled repairs to the main water valve. He soon wishes he hadn’t!
